Special Achievements

First woman to stand for and be elected to the Divisional Council of the Institute of Municipal Management (IMM) (now Local Government Managers Australia - LGMA) in Victoria.  Previously had been first female committee member, Treasurer, Secretary, and then President of its Metropolitan Branch during the 1980s.
