Special Achievements
In 1999, Sarina Bratton became the first woman founder and chief executive officer of a cruise line anywhere in the world when she launched her Sydney-based Norwegian Capricorn Line. In 2005, she was the founder and managing director of her own cruise company Orion Expedition Cruises. Sarina has served on many boards and has been a director for Voyages Hotels and Resorts.

Sarina has been honoured to have received the following:
- 2003, the Commonwealth Government's Centenary Medal;
- 2006, the Veuve Cliquot Business Woman of the Year Award;
- 2006, the inaugural Australian Travel Innovators Award; and
- 2008, the New South Wales Entrepreneur of the Year (Services).
